St Armands Court provides high-quality residential care for older people aged under and over 65, supporting both long-term and short-term care needs in a lively and spacious environment.
The home is rated Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), reflecting its commitment to delivering reliable and compassionate care. Located at 25 Church Lane, Garforth, St Armands Court offers 40 rooms providing a comfortable and supportive setting for residents with general care needs

The Hollies
Specialist residential dementia care, Call 01132 871 808
The Hollies is located immediately next door to St Armands Court at 27 Church Lane, Garforth. The home provides specialist residential dementia care for up to 28 elderly people, under and over the age of 65. The homes supports individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related conditions. We maintain strong links with local healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the appropriate level of care and support.
Meet the Owner
Harvey Zemmel, owner of Garforth Care Homes Ltd, has 30 years’ experience as an advisor, operator and financier in care of the elderly.
Over the past three decades in healthcare, he has helped to raise the standard and quality of service in elderly care facilities across the UK. It remains his goal to this day.
He has personally been involved in projects involving numerous care homes, encompassing hundreds of beds and staff.
Between 1997 and 2007, he also built a residential care home group from scratch to operating nine homes with hundreds of residents and staff.
